The Strikers and the Wasps were strong against Vasse opponents, and Dragons were happy to be back on home turf, along with the Serpents. The Roos and the Storm did well to put the pressure on during their games, the Breakers found their rhythm early, and the Stars and Legends played a game of two halves with some impressive moves.

The Jettz fought hard and showed courage against a tough opponent, while the Wyverns took a 6-3 win over GMAS Phantoms. Rockets and Warriors had a big challenge as they faced strong rival teams, but the Sharks managed a huge 8-1 win over the Tigers. YL Blaze had a high scoring match against BCFC Thunder, the final score 11-3 at the whistle.
