Water account credit for first 100 respondents

April 3, 2025 BY

Customers who complete the 2025 Survey before Wednesday, 14 May will go in the draw to win one of three major prizes of a $650 credit on their Busselton Water account.

Applications are now open for the 2025 Busselton Water Community Partnership Program, with the local water provider also seeking feedback from its customers through the Busselton Water Customer Survey 2025.

Now in its ninth year, the Community Partnership Program offers $50,000 in funding available for local community organisations, volunteer groups, schools and sporting clubs in the Busselton area, who are encouraged to apply for grants of up to $5,000.

In 2024, Busselton Water partnered with 13 local groups and organisations in the areas of sport, disability services, community services and the environment.

Busselton Water CEO David Hughes-Owen urged people to take part in both the program, and the open survey.

“There are some incredible groups and organisations doing great things at a grassroots level in our community and it’s great to be able to support that through our Community Partnership Program,” he said.

“Our Customer Survey is an important part of our commitment to continually improve customer service and seek feedback from customers about what they value.”

Busselton Water conducts the survey every two years, and said it was an important way of benchmarking its performance and seeking feedback from its customers.

“The simple but comprehensive survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and includes questions about a range of areas including water supply services, account payments, communication with customers, and service interruptions.”

The first 100 customers to complete the survey will receive a $20 credit on their Busselton Water account, and everyone who completes the survey before Wednesday, 14 May will go in the draw to win one of three major prizes of a $650 credit on their Busselton Water account – the average annual water charge (including service charge plus water usage).
