Riders out on trails for MTB Jam event | Photos

Mountain bike enthusiasts were in for a treat as the Margaret River Beer Co teamed up with Margaret River Off Road Cycling Association for the Beyond The Pines Social MTB Jam.

Held in the iconic Margaret River Pines Trails, the event was also a chance to celebrate the release of MRBCo’s ‘Beyond the Pines’ beer.

“We had around 60 riders and spectators,” MRBCo’s Kelly-Ann Bunney said.

“We had a social ride across the recently-refurbished Stumple Stiltskin and Mad Hatters trails, then had some fun with a Whip Off – with riders of all ages given the chance to show of their skills.”

Prizes were handed out before a sausage sizzle and drinks, then a sundowner at the Brewhouse gave plenty of opportunity to reflect on the day’s excitement.
