Police seek info over e-bike crash on Kent Street

Police are seeking information over an incident on Kent Street on Monday, March 10 in which a woman was knocked from her e-bike.
Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking public assistance in relation to an incident that occurred in Busselton on Monday, 10 March.
About 12.30pm, an 82-year-old female was riding her e-bike along Kent Street, when an unknown female in an unknown vehicle opened her car door which the rider collided with, causing her to fall off her bike onto the road. At the scene, the woman advised that she was uninjured but soon felt unwell and was conveyed to Busselton Hospital where she later died.
At the time of the incident, the 82-year-old was wearing a long-sleeved yellow fluorescent shirt and black bike shorts with a light-coloured helmet.
