Pav Party: Busselton venue to host 1st birthday bash
Busselton’s Pavilion is turning one, and they’re throwing a party to remember, bringing together everything locals have come to love about this popular venue, and everyone is invited.
On Saturday, March 15, ‘the Pav’ team will combine four parties into one – think hoedown meets soirĂ©e, beer fest, and dance party.
From laid-back afternoon tunes to evening dance beats, succulent spit-roasted pig to ice-cold drinks, games, prizes, and plenty of good times, this celebration has all the elements for a proper Busso party.
“This past year has been an incredible ride, and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing crew and loyal guests,” Venue Manager Julia Ranford said.
“We’re marking the occasion the only way we know how – by serving up great food and good times.”
Chef Brendan Pratt is preparing a feast worthy of the milestone.
“Our menu is all about hearty, classic pub food, with a few surprises thrown in for good measure,” he said.
“We’re bringing out the big guns with suckling pig in the beer garden, alongside delicious drinks and a night packed with fun.”
The celebrations kick off at 3pm when Chris Hawker sets the mood in the beer garden with live music.
As the afternoon rolls into the evening, guests can try their luck with raffles and games, with prizes up for grabs throughout the day.
At 6pm, meat lovers will be salivating as the Suckling Pig is served, followed by the announcement of the Pav Prize Pack and Meat Raffle winners.
DJ Heavy T takes over at 6:30 pm and keeps the party going until 10 pm, playing a birthday soundtrack that will make you move your feet.

Special birthday drinks will flow all day, making raising a Salted Peach Daiquiri to The Pav’s first year easy.
Entry is free, but bookings are recommended to secure a spot for this hometown celebration.
