'Alone Australia' winner heading to Margaret River

The first winner of the hit reality television show will appear in Margaret River in November, launching her new memoir at a Margaret River Readers & Writers Festival fundraiser.

Alone Australia star Gina Chick will launch her book, ‘We Are the Stars’, which covers her remarkable life, from the 67 days surviving alone to become the first winner of the gruelling television challenge, to her journey as a rewilding facilitator, adventurer, dancer, writer and speaker.

Her grit and determination made her a favourite with audiences, as she battled the elements and isolation to become the second woman to win an Alone solo challenge.

Gina Chick will launch ‘We Are the Stars’ on Tuesday 5 November at Nala Bardip Mia – Margaret River HEART.
