A NEW business with its roots in Dunsborough is planning to overhaul traditional techniques to teach Western Australians a better way to make sales.
Sales specialists James Hanson and Lisa Millman recently established their South West business, ABC Closed, focusing on high impact sales and customer service seminars.
James moved to the South West specifically to run a sales department 13 years ago.
Having senior management experience for more than a quarter of a century, he said he recognised there was a need for training in sales and customer service.
The pair offer specialised seminars in “a unique paradoxical technique, which is interactive and resonates with people today,” James said.
“We offer a free post seminar consultation period, ensuring knowledge is retained.
“While we’re based in Dunsborough, we can deliver a statewide service, coming to you with full day, half day or a tailored, industry specific seminar.”
James said their supportive, inclusive and interactive environment aimed to teach people a different sales style.
“The overall experience will enhance participants’ confidence to have immediate sales improvement, thanks to the formulas you learn.
“When starting the business in Dunsborough, we wanted to utilise local companies’ expertise to assist us, contributing for long term sustainability and relationships.
“Having several years of experience, Lisa and I are successful professionals, with multiple awards in customer service and sales excellence.
“Our styles compliment our strengths to develop a unique business to pass on learning opportunities.”
